Why does Dish network advertise there service?

Don't they know that most people that live in a city or town have Time Warner Cable or Cable?

Do they live in or on a Boat or something? Because I sure the hell don't, I'm getting really annoyed with Dish Network pushing there product. WHEN I DON'T EVEN LIVE ON A BOAT, OR IN THE DESERT, Why?

I love my cable...
I'm watching dish network awful commercial right now about their $9.99 monthly fee. They are lying because your bill is about 100.00 something a month per my mother.......

dish is better.
having switched back & forth (with 2 houses) & ultimately, the way the dish info comes up is better.
different channel packages too- worked out better for me.
cheaper also.
then you gotta get tivo or a dvr to skip commercials & tape your fave programs.

And with my credit I didn't need a deposit.
