T-Mobile has a good signal depending on where you are, has great customer service, and has plans for any budget. AT&T is like Verizon signal-wise, and slightly better customer service. I don't really know off-hand how their plans are without doing some research. I personally have T-Mobile, so I'm slightly biased to them, but I have had a lot of good experiences in the 3 years I've been with them. But in general, I'd recommend either AT&T or T-Mobile.
