Macy's is advertising a 1 day sale for this coming Saturday. But they are having a preview day today. What does preview day mean? Will I get sale prices if I shop there today (Friday)?

What's a PREVIEW DAY SALE mean @ Macy's?

I believe usually it means just what it sounsds like. You get to "preview" the items that will be on sale the next day. No, the sale prices won't be in effect until the day of the "SALE". It is a marketing ploy to a certain degree to show you (nod, nod, wink, wink) what the sale items are sellig for when not on sale.
