My gf and I like making intricate bento boxes together. I also like making chicken breast stuffed with feta cheese and red onion with ratatouille and a potato salad.

Most Mexican or even Italian foods, with lots of Chile's, hotter the better, like Chiltepines, Hot Hatch New Mexico chiles, Chiles de Arbol, Chiles Japanes, Ancho chile's, Poblano Chiles, Pepericini,Habaneros, Chile Piquins , Dried, Fresh, Ground, Fresh, in sauces, salsas, stuffed, roasted, mixed in Pico de Gallo, on top of Pizza, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, tapas, frequently added with lots of fresh Garlic in and on everything I normally eat. Hmmmm Oh yes, and Chiles mixed with salt and limon, sprinkled on salads and fruit !!!!!!
That's my signature diet, runs in my family too.

Love to cook, when I have the time.

My signature dishes are beef barley soup, overstuffed omelets and old fashioned chicken and noodles.

My signature cookie recipe is oatmeal with Craisins.
I also bake an awesome pumpkin spice bread.
