I want to start class of of this technique. However, I'm not sure which self defence class or type it's in. Can any one help with my question?

Many martial arts have this:

Ninjutsu, Aikido, Jujitsu, Kung Fu

It depends on the type of body you got

Tall and skinny I advise Kung Fu
Tall and strong (chubby) I strongly advise Aikido
Height and Weight balanced, you want Jujitsu
Small and strong, Ninjutsu

I do Jujitsu and I love it, shows you a lot of control, but would never work in a street fight, you always go to the ground.

If you want to street fight, first of all don´t, if it´s for self defense only, aikido is pretty good.

D.M.A.S. DARAGON Martial Arts System Grand Master 10TH Dan
William T. Von Ploennies
Hanchi (Grand Master ) Von Ploennies Teaches a M.M.A. System that has everything the U.C.F. has left out. Pressue point striking is taught in many Systems.
Purchase some Books on the Physiology of the Human Body
Then practice striking these Ponits.
Good Luck

Jujitsu, Karate, Kung Fu, Kempo

all arts have them. depends if they are taught. Pressure points are very dangerous when used properly
