I dont have any time to meet people?

I have a busy life and i never get anytime to socialise. Because of this i have very few good friends and have never been in a relationship. I live out of town so this makes it even harder. I have heaps of responsibilities at home - taking care of animals etc. and i have full time uni all day. The weekends i generally have to go out to my other property to do maintanence work. Because of this my social life is seriously lacking What can i do?
