...cooking? I'm looking for a food that I can eat every day that will satisfy my calcium needs that fall under my 3 main criterias
- Non- Dairy
- Doesn't require cooking (I'm always on the go, I have no time for cooking)
- Low in fat

Thanks!

There isn't any food really thats high in calcium but low in fat. Oily fish like sardines and tuna are high in calcium but low in SATURATED fat. Otherwise there are high in the good fats which we need. It is recommened that you eat oily fish at least twice a week.It is very good for brain too!

they all need cooking, spinach and brocolli are good, there quick to cook too

buy some natural calcium tablets, they are vanilla milkshake flavour xx
