How can I transfer contacts from memory card to phone memory in my Samsung Omnia?

You know, I've got this new, cool touch screen smart phone, the Samsung Omnia. I transferred my more than 800+ contacts in my old cell to my memory card. And then, I wanted to transfer my 800+ contacts into the phone book of my Omnia, but I couldn't find a way on how to transfer it. Please help...(please answer to those users who have samsung omnia)
