Asurion Verizon enV?

If I file a claim with asurion, will I get an enV 2? I know they stopped making the enV a few months ago.

It depends on whether or not they have an original EnV in their replacement stock. If they do not have that phone in stock they are obligated to replace your phone with a similar model with like features. For that phone, it would have to be full keyboard, mp3 player, video + camera, bluetooth etc. The only phone it could be replaced with is an EnV or an EnV2..

You will get the same phone you currently have, providing they have it in stock. If the phone is not in stock you will get a like phone. I am sure they have it in stock and the phone you will get will probably be refurbished.
