    Pizzawiches!!!

They are simple to make and kids plus adults will love them.

    You will need:
    Hamburger buns
    1lb ground beef
    2 cans/jars pizza sauce
    Large bag of Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375. In a skillet brown hamburger and season to taste. After fully cooked, add in pizza sauce. Meat should be well saturated. Keep meat mixture on low in skillet. Butter the outside of each hamburger bun half. Place on cookie sheet. On each bun(inside up) place a large spoonful of meat mixture, then top generously with mozzarella cheese. Place in oven for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bun is crisped.

These are great, and so easy! I got my whole family hooked!
Hope this helps, if you have any other questions feel free to send me a message. I have a lot of recipes that you may be able to use.

    Sloppy Joes and Country Bobs

    HERE'S ALL IT TAKES

1 pound of fresh, lean ground beef
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 to 3/4 cup ketchup
2 to 3 tablespoons Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce
    whole wheat buns
Brown meat and season with salt and pepper. Add ketchup and all purpose sauce, then simmer over medium heat until it thickens. Toast buns in a toaster or in an oven at 300F degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.

    IT'S TIME TO EAT!

    MONKEY BREAD

    1 cup white sugar
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 cans refrigerator biscuits (10 biscuits each)
    1 stick butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    cooking spray
    Heat oven to 325ºF.

Mix white sugar and cinnamon together in a plastic storage bag or paper sack. Remove biscuits from the tubes. Place each biscuit on cutting board and cut each into fourths with a butter knife.

Place about half the biscuit pieces into the cinnamon sugar mix and shake bag, until thoroughly coated.

With an adult helper, heat butter and brown sugar in a small pan over low heat, stir until mixed together.

Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray, be sure to coat it very well. Place the coated biscuit pieces evenly in the bundt pan. Finish coating the remaining pieces, then add them to the bundt pan.

Pour brown sugar mixture over the biscuits. BAKE in oven 35 minutes.

Have the adult helper remove the bundt pan and place on wire rack to cool for 10 minutes. CAREFULLY turn the pan upside down onto serving plate, the sugary coating will still be hot. The monkey bread should fall right out. Allow to cool at least 5 minutes or more, before serving.

To eat, just pinch off pieces and Enjoy!

    .Spaghetti with Eggs and Bacon

    HERE'S ALL IT TAKES

    2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 pound spaghetti
    3 eggs, at room temperature
    3/4 cup freshly grated Romano
    salt & freshly ground pepper
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. In a medium fry pan, heat the oil and saute the bacon and the garlic until the bacon is brown. Remove & discard the garlic. Keep the bacon and it's drippings hot until needed.

Add salt and the spaghetti to the boiling water, and cook until it is al dente.

While the pasta is cooking, warm a large serving bowl and break the eggs into it. Beat in the the Romano cheese with a fork, and season with salt & pepper.

As soon as the pasta is done, drain it quickly, and mix it into the egg mixture. Pour on the hot bacon and ALL it's drippings. Yeah you read that right! Pour it on! Stir well. The heat from the pasta and bacon drippings will cook the eggs. Serve immediately.
