Runescape-how to get 99 Cooking with out spending more then 330K in Runescape?

Hello, I think i might go for 99 Cooking but how should I make it under 300K and pretty good Xp,I can't really spend more then 250-300K so I have Cooking Level 63 and I need to get Fish to Cook and how many should I get if I want 99 from 63 under 300K?

If you are a member you can fish lobs until lv 70 and fish sharks and cook them.
If you aren't a member and don't have enough money best way is to buy 1k lobs or fish it and cook it or you could trade a full inventory of cooked lobs for a full inventory of raw lobs

You need to fish your own food but that is slow.

You need to make money if you want to get 99 cook really fast
