How can I stop caring about my reputation and rumors or what people say about me?

Some people suddenly accuse me for spamming on Forums and accuse me for sending spam emails and accuse me that i make you tube accounts and sub my self and I am worried about reputation or people who will subscribe to me or Friends that they will believe , would they belieave and even in school and real life how would I get a long does people belieave in rummors when they hear them , should I stop caring? and even in real life some people accuse me that I cheated in Exams
