If you are interested then talk to him about it, usually feelings don't go that quickly, it is a major let down to see someone we like kissing someone else, but it can be resolved. Talk to them. Although I feel he has lost a lot of interest I don't think he has lost interest completely (depends on how much he liked you)
The best thing would be just to sit down and talk to him about it to find out if he still is interested a bit, but don't raise your hopes too much. This is what I would reccomend though.
