In your opinion what is the approperate age range for this book? I'm assuming it's gets graphic from the synopsis but I can't find anything about how graphic

It is a little graphic in a couple of scenes.
Age Range 14+
I would guess.
Depending on maturity.

I would say late teens to adult. I have just read it and I am 55yrs and I enjoyed it. I dont think it would be pleasant for a young teenager to read as it is about a young teenager who is raped, murdered then dismembered by her abductor, and whilst not overly graphic I think they might find it disturbing.

I don't think it is graphic..I would let my 14 year old daughter read it if she wanted too.

I think 14+. Kids need to know what really happens to some teens.... and this is a good movie to teach a lesson!
