Sony Ericsson W890i message/calls stats and latest software version?

Hi, just wondering how can I found out all stats on calls, sms and data on my phone, this includes in coming and outgoing calls and incoming and outgoing text messages. I have found in Menu->Settings->Calls->Time & Cost but this only shows calls/sms that I have made.

Also I would like to know the latest software for the phone. I have R1FA035 on my phone.
