I have a SB PCI512 wave device for sound?

I am trying to talk through WoW.
And my input audio will not work.
I tried going to control panel, audio,
and tried the voice recording check. I have
tried alot of stuff. Everything is connected
and connected in the right place.
I have tinkered with all the settings.
    Any ideas?

Everything is unmuted, and what not.
my audio has worked before. Same device. Its not WoW.
It is something with my settings(i think) or maybe my input is getting a bad connection with my computer.
