I am not allowed to use credit card to pay for anything like PlayStation Network or XBox Live, so my alternate is using those prepaid cards. I want to get the Metal Gear Online Expansion pack so can I use my prepaid PlayStation Network Cards to pay for the expansion packs? For that matter, why can't Konami put the expansions on other discs that you can buy instead of having to downloading online or whatever it is they do?
