i know your supposed to eat at least 5 meals a day to speed up my metabolism. but the question i have is if i have breakfast and dinner with a protein shake for lunch and two snacks in between. will i be able to put on muscle size while still losing my stomach? im 6 feet tall and weigh 170 lbs. i run/walk 1 mile a day 5 days a week and work out at the same time.
