is copy(ctrl c)and pasting(ctrl c) images of the internet legal?

is it ok for me to copy and paste images of the google and photoshop it?
im not gonna say stuff like i created this pic or image. its gonna be inside
forum signiture and custom images with pics or images of google
basicaly use it for my own use and not sell and show off to my freinds my skill...
