Is Dexter Fowler worth picking up in a dynasty league?

Do you think this guy is the real deal?

I was thinking about replacing Damon with him in my dynasty league (we keep all players).
Obviously Fowler is going to serve be better in the future. But I would like to win this year! Do you think losing Damon will seriously hinder me? I figure i can replace him adequatly in LF with Murphy or Lind.
