I wouldn't want my wife or girlfriend to be as strong as me.But a consistent light workout,with exercise and dieting would work wonders in the bed.Plus, a little romance and 4play wouldn't hurt.

My husband likes my muscles and I am more of a runner than an iron pumper. I do like lifting weights for strength. I am my own woman and I am a bodybuilder, but very feminine too.
