heyy everyone, well someone spread a rumor around that my friends pregnant and we r 14 so that is a little intense. but it is totally wrong and we have no idea how to reverse it any ideas??

One thing i hate most is gossip. Seriously, people just need to keep their mouth shut or something.

Anyway,
the best way to deal with it is to just ignore it.
If you keep on denying it whenever people ask or tell you about it, and you start getting all worked up, then it's just gonna add fuel to fire you.
People are gonna think you're lying,
so it's just gonna make them talk more.
Plus, give it some time or months. They're gonna know it's not true when they notice you're not growing or gaining any weight, duh.
Think of how stupid they're gonna feel.
Just ignore it - if you don't start talking or denying it, they're gonna think it's just old news, and it'll die down.

One thing you should also do is find out who started this rumor, and confront them. That is just horrible. Immature people!

Well i saw this on family matters,get someone(like a big brother,sister or someone you trust) who knows the truth and find the person who originally(and with time they will be very easy to find,whether by someone sqealing on them or their ego get the better of them) started the rumor and have that older person get ready to beat the sap out of them,because if they are like the average teen it is someone who probably hate you'll some way and is a super coward to confront you'll so ergo they started that nasty rumor to try to destroy you'll.It is the old saying:cowards always take the easy way out.Hope this helps.

don't do anything you will only make it worse! people talk and make up stuff because they have no life of their own! let time prove the truth and just ignore the ones causing all the grief! Don't stoop to their level by reacting to this situation! I have a daughter your age and this is just normal crap that kids do. yes it is hurtful and it's wrong, but if you all ignore it and act as if you didn't hear the rumor then they will find someone to pick on and someone else to talk about. Now if you know for sure who started this, then you can report them to the school. This is a form of harassment and it will not be tolerated in any school system! good Luck!
