does anyone know about the book called, The Fortec Conspiracy?

I have a book report and I find it hard to understand the book cause i find it too boring. Does anyone know about the book that can give me the details or a website that knows about it. I tried sparknotes and cliffnotes and no dice . It was a book by Richard M. Garvin and Edmond G. Addeo.
