no only on a ps3 or a blu ray player

No. The PS2 Only has a DVD-ROM player. it doesn't play Bluray dvds. The PS3 On the other hand has a built in Bluray player so it CAN play bluray movies.

No, you will need either a PS3 or another Blu Ray player. It will not work on PS2 or any other standard DVD players.

No. PS2s were made long before blu ray and cannot read them.

ummm...no? if they could, why would Sony bother making the PS3? they could just keep the PS2 and start making all their games and movies on Blu-Ray.
