    He is going to tax us on every consumer item we buy. No matter what it is!!!!!!!

    How else could he even make a dent in the deficit.

    I think i see what you are getting at, but at least some of these laws are trying to protect the non-smokers. Take the clean indoor airs act, now in Ohio its not illegal to smoke, just inside public places, just like many other states. (80 some % of people were supposedly for it too).

    They may be taking away some freedoms of others, but "Majority Rules" in our government.

    The next will be to lower our dependance on oil and coal through taxing our gas usage and taxing carbon emissions by doubling your electric bill.

    And don't forget the Fat Tax in New York, taxing non-diet sodas more than diet sodas.

    i think "they'll" go for something that billions of people enjoy, therefore they can get the most bang for their legislation..maybe alcohol?, concentrated carbohydrates? sex toyz? who knows, but we'll find out soon enough. better stock up NOW.
