I have a Samsung Rant (as you may have guessed), and it will not let me enter a new contact into my address book! I'm starting to get kinda peeved. Every time I go to "add contact" a little pop-up comes up and says: "restriction: contact entry restricted." How do I get that to go away without resetting my phone?

Check your restrict and lock settings.... I had the same issue and I took the restriction and lock off from my phone.

You've locked the contacts
On my old Samsung Reclaim phone you have to navigate to: settings/more/restrict and lock/voice/restrict/lock contacts. Turn the lock contacts feature off.
