I have an assignment for my health class to find out why on the Newport Cigarette advertisements it states on the bottom "restricted to users 21 and over". I have purchased newports myself and am under age 21, and have never heard of any other cigarettes that would adhere to such a policy. Has anyone heard/seen of this, and know why their ad states such?
