You all seem to be all "freedom from persecution" and libertarian anyways, so Im wondering if your ideologies hold true when the situation affects you.

If a property/business owner wants to allow smoking, isn't it their choice to do so? If they want to ban it, isn't it their choice to do so?

Wouldn't a smoking ban be somewhat totalitarian legislation in that smoking is a legal act/product?

Disclaimers:
Hospitals should ban smoking
Government buildings should be whatever the government wants
Retail stores should be whatever they want

So, what do you atheists think?
There is also proof that cars spew infintely more deadly emissions than a carton of cigarettes...why dont we ban cars then?
Invisible Talker:
Who is making them go into "smoking allowed" stores? They have every right to not go in there.
You make an excellent point Invisbile Talker, thanks for your insight.
