I have Rosetta Stone and every time that I try to install a language it gets about half way there and then I get an error that reads "9119 application error" (or something along those lines) and I have to close the program. I've searched the Rosetta stone support site, but I can't seem to find anything that would help. Updating hasn't helped either.
