So Veoh, the online video site that just raised $26m from Goldman Sachs and other investors, disses its main competitor as "old man's TV". The video sharing site's cocky management should be careful with the insults. Veoh, which rose to popularity as a repository of porno clips, may have hopes for Veoh TV, the new download it's pitching this week. But the main draw is video that Veoh is wise not to tout: full-length pirated movies. One of the many feature films available for download: Shrek 3. And look who's on the company's board: Michael Eisner, former chief exec of Disney. Awkward. Not to mention hazardous, for the piracy-dependent company, and its blue-chip investors.</img>
