Is the Sprint Chat help line online open 24/7?

I'm asking because when I click to chat, the box comes up asking me what my question is, but when I type something in, there is no response. So I just wondered if its because they are closed.

If they're closed, don't you think there should be a message telling you they're closed instead of the chat box appearing and asking you what you're question is?

Its like calling on the phone and hearing a voice saying "What can I help you with today" and then dead silence after that.
