How Do I Remove Call Baring for iPhone 16gb?

so i got an iphone recently but whenever i try to make a call i get a message saying that call barring is activated and to check the phones settings i have gone all through the phone and all i can find is call fowarding and call waiting which are both off is there someway to delete the iphones settings? i restored it once through itunes but it didnt fix it please help

also it says it regardless of whichever sim i put in it

its very simple to fix just open the phone app and dial in ##004# this deletes the phones settings and resets it... it enables you to make and receive calls again... I'm not sure for how long as the most common reason for call barring on the iphone is at some stage the phone has been blocked by the phone network because it was reported lost or stolen.. If you bought the iphone second hand chances are you bought a stolen phone unknowingly and as far as I know there is no way to crack or hack the iphone IMEI ...
