What changes will I expect with Vitimin pills?

Im currently taking 1 pill a day which has Vitimins A-Z.

You will not notice changes immediately, perhaps none at all. Depending on the type of vitamin you take, you may not even be getting a benefit...all vitamins are not created equally.
