I have a spinner edge AL-1 fork on my mountain bike, how do I no it is set...

...right for me.? IM 160, ride some decently rough trails, and small dirt jumps. Id say im intermediate too.

You turn the top of the fork clock wise to tighten and make the shock stiffer, this increases the pedalling pressure and speed, better for uphill climbing, loosen for rocky down hill terrain for more shock absorbtion
