Is the LG Scoop or LG Rumor compatible to Cingular/AT&T?

No, I don't think the LG Scoop or Rumor works for AT&T/Cingular.

I really love the phone too and I also have AT&T.

I keep looking for it on Wireless, DSL Internet, digital TV Services, and Phone | AT&T, but I can't find it.

you can unlock any phone to work with any sim card just serch unlock code on google it costs about 30$

D00d i love the phones too, but I'm also with at&t!
But i have a phone from at&t, it is called pantech duo!
It slides up for numbers and to the side for a keyboard.
It also does both at one time, so if your think you like it you can go check it out.
