I just received a credit refund check from Verizon Wireless and I would like to know what places would be able to cash the check for me I have no bank account.

Don't go to verizon, they will just look at you and tell you they can't help you. Useless. Try a check cashing center, or a friend with a bank account and endorse it to them.
