I'm using Linux Mint... And I've enabled the desktop cube in the custom prefrences. but I don't know how to use the damn thing!
Someone please help me....

Assuming you installed the right stuff on compiz (although that what the program is called in ubuntu, which linux mint created from)
press ctrl, alt, and left click.
