    HELP A.S.A.P! I have an I-140 visa application pending.Can I travel to the U.S.with

my visa waiver as visitor? My I-140 immigration is pending and I have to travel temporarily to the U.S. I have a visa waiver. However will I be allowed to enter as I have an I-140 pending? Or do I need to get another temporary visa? Like a B2 tourist visa maybe??? I do have an American citizen that can sponsor me for the B2 visa. Please answer only if you really know about this. Thanks.

You can enter with the I-140 pending. If asked by the CBP Officer about it you should be totally honest.
