How can i download my Frostwire songs to my iPhone?

I used to have Limewire on my old Mac. But since I got a PC iTunes won't let me download my Frostwire playlist to my iPhone. Can anyone help? Thanks
 
Open up iTunes. And then go to where ever you save your music on your computer. Then highlight all the songs in that folder, and drag it into the Music Playlist on iTunes. Then just plug your iPhone up and sync it to it.
