Out of Telus and Virgin Mobile, who is the best cell-phone provider?

I am going to go with the BlackBerry Flip - its with Telus
or
the BlackBerry Pearl 8130 - its with Virgin Mobile.

Please provide input on which phone and provider is better.

The Pearl and the Flip are identical other than the obvious clamshell design of the Flip. Picking which carrier is a personal decision, the device is less expensive on Virgin but TELUS is more likely to give you free features. Most times the freebies are worth way more than the hardware discount.
