I'm thinking, not so much...
I really don't think Joe is married I'm sure it would be (kinda) big news, like for E! or Entertainment Tonight, and I watch those. People may be starting that rumor because he wears a ring on his left ring finger, but he is not married, it is a purity ring as a promise to himself and God that he will not have sex until marriage (Nick and Kevin have one too.)

probably not. even though it is legal because he is 18.
