2yr old with tubes submerged ears. She has been hystericly screaming?

She hasnt felt good all week and developed a runny nose a couple days ago. Today in the bath she dunked her head and started screaming so much she wanted out. She fell asleep then woke up hystericly screaming saying her ear hurts. She was inconsolable. Not even m&m's helped. I gave her some tylenol which has seemed to help but im still worried about an ear infection.Or could something have happened to her tubes? Can submersion cause that much of a problem? Poor baby, you can just see it in her eyes she doesnt feel good.

my brother had the same problem when he was also 2yrs...she definetly has an ear infection, go to the doctor immediatly. They will put these tubes in her ear for a while and she might to get surgery, but she'll be completly fine when the doctor has a look at her. hope she fells better.
