I'm torn between two ideas:
1. Keep the land in its current pristine condition, but make hiking trails & open it to the public for free. Have telescopes everywhere, no food/beverage sales, & no alcohol. Observance of 4:20 would be ignored.

2. Build the biggest homeless shelter the world has ever seen. Stop caring about the view for the public & start caring about human beings!
