Hey guys, I wanted to use Quickpwn to jailbreak my iphone. I kept reading on forums on quickpwn that I needed to downgrade my firmware to 2.2 from 2.2.1. I got the firmware restore download, and i try to restore it using the 2.2 download, but iTunes says that the version I have is not compatible with my iphone. It will not let me restore, and since I can't restore it there is no way for me to jailbreak. So I'm not sure what I'm doing incorrectly. I don't even know if I can jailbreak using 2.2.1. Help please!!!
