For a video I'm making, my camera doesn't give much of a blur in the background and i wanted to improve the blur without making the person blur out as well. Also my camera doesn't offer a 20 frame per second function, so is their a way i can make my 60 frame per second videos to a 20 frame per second? Thanks for your support
