Vampire Help in Oblivion xbox 360?

try drinking cure disease potions. otherwise you have to become a full blown vampire and do the vampire quests to revert back.

I was never able to figure out whether or not you could somehow repent your crimes but you can still stop it.

There's a rather long quest chain that you have to follow that will end up getting you a special potion that removes the Vampire Curse. I'm not sure what you can do if you get affected more then once so I'd make a save as soon as you get the potion and be very careful when fighting vampires.
