I would never ever ever recommend covering up your sexuality. Trying to be what others want you to be is wrong, I'm sorry, it's morally wrong. That people would even get you to consider that is sad, I'm really sorry. Please don't listen to that.

I know you think life might be easier for you if you're straight, and normal, and while it might be easier socially, relationships will be strained. Don't do that to yourself, please.
I'm not Christian and I hate having to support the belief in religion at all, but there are many interpretations of the Bible and arguments for why it does not condemn homosexuality- if that's the religious perspective you're coming from. Please try and look those up. Don't conform to other peoples' needs.
