How long before I can add fish to BiOrb 30?

Just set up my tank, followed full BiOrb instructions. Added Stress Coat.. got to wait 24 hours.. then add Stress Zyme.. wait 24 hours.. and then apparently add fish? Is this right? Online forums seem to disagree alot... Please dont talk about chemicals and all that stuff cos I dont understand it. Just tell me in simple terms - step by step - what do I do now?

You definitely need to cycle the tank for a few weeks at least- I have a Biorb 30 and it needs cycled just the same as any other tank. This article explains fishless cycling and how to do it http://www.practicalfishkeeping.co.uk/pfk/pages/show_article.php?article_id=113
