Across the Universe HD DVD?

Across the Universe was just released on DVD, and Blue Ray. But is it going to be released in High Definition as well?

Sorry, but Across the Universe is coming out just on Blu-Ray only.

The movie studio that released Across the Universe is Sony Pictures, and they only release movies in Blu-Ray. Plus, Blu-Ray is Sony's format, so anything released by Sony Pictures is going to be Blu-ray only as well.

If you don't have a Blu-Ray player, you might as well go ahead and invest in one because HD-DVD is nearly dead and Blu-Ray will most likely have the format war wrapped up by the end of this year. Eventually the rest of the movie production companies will go Blu-Ray exclusive also.

probably not.. Blue ray is taking over the HD market and a lot of studios are signing on to release their movies in Blue ray and regular DVD . For now that is..
