I need help identifying a movie. Any buffs out there?

I believe he was a professor, or someone smart in his field, but no longer worked there. He got a job at a computer help desk center. When he first started training, his trainer was on the phone with someone who had a complicated computer problem. He responded with, "have you checked to see if your computer is on?" The guy on the phone replied, "uhh YEAH." The trained replied, "Okie Dokie," and began pissing off the guy on the phone. A little later, he was muting the caller and calling him names. When the professor began working on his own, he used the mute button for an unruly customer, and shouted all kinds of profanities. The caller then said, "I can hear what you're saying." He was then fired, and the trainer and him were sitting in the back ally of the building, talking about a business venture. This is driving our whole office crazy. We can't figure out the title of the movie. Anyone......anyone.....bueler?
